The Perrin family is one of the most important wine producers in the Rhône valley. At the top of the portfolio is, of course, the Château de Beaucastel in Châteauneuf-du-Pape. Since 1909, the estate has been a family property. Jacques Perrin produced legendary wines and led Beaucastel to the top of the AOC. Today the red premium cuvee is called "Hommage a Jacques Perrin". His sons, Jean-Pierre and François, now manage the estate biodynamically and their children are already involved. Other projects of the Family include Chateau Miraval in Provence, Domaine du Clos du Tourelles in Gigondas and Domaine & Maison les Alexandrines by Nicolas Perrin. The portfolio today includes the most important origins of the northern and southern Rhone. From the every day wines Ventoux and Côtes-du-Rhône to the prestigious wines from over 100-year-old vines, everything is produced at an enormous high level. The Perrin family bottles highly-delicate wines with finesse, depht and a crystal clear expression, all the reds have an incredibly fine tannin quality what is rarely found in the southern Rhône.
