To many wine enthusiasts, Spain is present as a red wine country, yet almost 50% of the stocked area is covered with white vines. Spain is thus the largest white wine producer in the world! From a qualitative point of view, especially the regions of northern Spain are important: Galicia with its Albarino and Rias Baixas, the Rioja with its long-lived complex white wines and also Navarre and Catalonia with its Cava production should not be neglected. Often you can find wines with an excellent price-quality ratio, especially we would like to recommend the Rueda wines from Eylo.
