Red wines from the Mosel, Saar and Ruwer are sure to benefit from the changing climate. The first-class Pinot Noir (Pinot Noir) that comes from this region today was unthinkable just a few decades ago. One can continue to be very excited. Therefore, the proportion of red varieties in this region is growing steadily, meanwhile almost 10% of the vineyard area is planted with red wine vines. That doesn't sound like much, but it shouldn't be underestimated, since the cultivation of red wine on the Moselle was even forbidden a few decades ago!
