Langlois-Chateau brut Crémant de Loire is a delicately fine sparkling wine, made of the powerful and aromatic Chenin Blanc , the noble Chardonnay and the structuring Cabernet Franc grape. The grapes are hand-picked and fermented separately according to terroir and grape variety, the final cuvée is made after that. After 24 months of yeast storage and the addition of approximately 10% reserve wines, this top crémant is then released for sale.
