The Bollinger Special Cuvée contains of at least 85% of 1er Cru and Grand Cru grapes. As a special feature, this cuvée consists of current wines, supplemented by 5-10% of reserve stocks, which are at least 15 years old. This gives the Special Cuvée its extraordinary nobility. Typical for Champagne from Ay the Pinot Noir (60%) dominates, 25% Chardonnay and 15% Pinot Meunier are completing the blend. The Bollinger Special Cuvée is without a doubt one of the best non-vintage champagnes.
