Because of its full body, Bollinger's rosé brut needs only 7 to 8 grams of dosage per liter to have the best harmony in taste. The grapes Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier are mainly from 1er and Grand Cru vineyards. A special thing is, that 5-6% red wine is added to this Champagne. It has aromas like red currants, cherries and strawberries. On the palate, it is full-bodied and decorated with finest pearls, a touch of tannins from the red wine gives this champagne structure.
