TheDon Bepo is a relatively light and fresh-fruity dry white wine from the Seewinkelhof Salzl. It is a cuvée from the Rebsoretn Bouvier, Welschriesling, Sauvignon and some Muskateller for the fragrance. This wine hits the market soon after the harvest, it's also at its best early on when the fruit is still full of juice. Light, aromatic, lively, amazingly tasty and full of fruit.

The Salzl Chardonnay from the Römerstein site, since the vintage 2012 with the addition "Selection", is expanded without contact with wooden barrels, so it is a fruity and juicy type of this vine. In order to gain structure, it rests on the fine lees for a full seven months before it is bottled. It is therefore usually a little later on the market than the other grape varieties in the Seewinkelhof Classic line.

The current vintage is one of the fullest vintages of this wine, it has a juicy body and you can smell aromas of gooseberries, apricots, peaches, oranges and elderberry. The complex palate impression with its pleasant structure and the melty-creamy finish tastes good almost every time.

Serve it best with fish dishes, also something more intense, such as e.g. from the grill, light meat, mushrooms or cream sauces. A very good and versatile food accompaniment!
