The Fourchaumes is one of the most famous 1er vineyards in Chablis . It borders in the north to the Grand Crus, which shows its quality. Refreshing aromas of green fruits and a touch of anise and some vanilla from the oak barrels. Delicate mineral, deep and tangy, with very clear fruit and well integrated acidity. A great and long lasting Chablis from a great vintage.
