Les Clos is one of the most famous Chablis Grand Cru vinyards. The parcels selected by Chanson are at the heart of this individual location. The Le Clos was aged in 500L barrels during 9 months to give it the final elegance. In the bouquet one can find aromas like lemon and flowers, as well as an approach of vanilla. On the palate it has a lot of volume and depth, great precision, in the long finale it reminds of limes.
