The Domaine Chanson is one of the most important owners of the Clos des Mouches vineyard in Beaune, famous for its excellent white wine. 13 months of ageing in small wooden barrels gave it this charming burgundy extra structure and aromatic complexity. A very special white burgundy with a creamy finale and still a lot of freshness and finesse.
