The Langlois Chateau Crémant Reserve is composed of 6 different plots in the Loire valley, the Reserve is always bottled as a single vintage crémant. Like the white basic crémant, it also includes Chenin Blanc , with some Chardonnay and Cabernet Franc added. The Reserve is stored for 36 months on yeasts and - like vintage Champagne - is only produced in very good vintages. It a brioche smell like noble champagne!
