Meneghetti produces its white wines mainly from the local grape variety Malvazija; in recent years, Chardonnay has been added, which is used for high-quality still wines and for the house's first-class sparkling wines . When it comes to reds, the Bordeaux vines dominate: Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. Pinot Noir is used for sparkling wines.
