The Tawny Port from Quinta do Noval is also available in the practical 0.375L bottle. As always, this is relatively more expensive than the 0.75L bottle, but is an ideal size for people who want a sip of port with dessert in a meal. This delicious port matures in wooden barrels for three years. It is less sweet and more aromatic than the fruitier Ruby Port from Noval.
Quinta do Noval Director Carlos Agrellos describes the Fine Tawny as follows: "Intense brick color. It has a more complex nose than the Ruby and shows youthful fruit with a raspberry character. On the palate it is medium sweet with a balanced Fruit and fullness. Drink it slightly chilled as an aperitif or at room temperature with a dessert."
