The last remaining bottles of 2021 Sancerre blanc from Domaine Salmon. The wine is light yellow in colour. The bouquet contains the typical flint notes, the Sauvignon Blanc is markedly mineral here, with fruity notes such as gooseberries, citrus fruits and some pears in the background.
The rather cool 2021 vintage resulted in wines with wonderful clarity and elegance.
