Château de la Greffière also produces an excellent Cremant de Bourgogne from 100% Chardonnay grapes from the Mâconnais. As prescribed for cremants, it is made in a complex bottle fermentation process, as is known from the Champagne. The result is a first-class and soft sparkling wine with a delicate structure and fine carbonic acid, which can be used as an aperitif as well as for the whole menu. We particularly recommend it to seafood or light meat dishes.
