Conte de Vipera is the Sauvignon / Semillon white wine from the Antinori winery Cervaro della Sala in Umbria. This wine has been part of the Antinori range since 1997. Clarity, fruit and precision are the focus here, so no wood is used for the expansion.
When young, the Conte della Vipera has a light yellow color with greenish reflections. The scent is reminiscent of exotic fruits such as lychee, passion fruit and pineapple. The taste is fresh, catchy and stimulating, the exotic aromas of the fragrance can be found in the long aftertaste.
