This Rosé by Baron-Fuenté bears the name of Dolorès Fuenté, who founded the champagne house together with Gabriel Baron in the 1960s. It consists of the three most cultivated grape varieties of the Champagne: Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir. Even the soft pink color shows the charming character of this Champagne, it smells of red and dark berries, as well as bisquit. On the palate, it shows the fruity house style of Baron-Fuenté, it is soft and long-lasting in the finale. Beautiful!
