Vintage champagne is usually only produced in very good years, which have the inner balance to do without compensating components from other harvests. Baron Fuenté maintains this tradition with a blend of 45% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Meunier and 15% Pinot Noir, which perfectly combines race, minerality and extract.
This champagne can be enjoyed on its own or as an accompaniment to food, fish, oysters and white meat are particularly suitable. One finds flavors such as peach, orange, pear and acacia honey. On the palate it is powerful and intense, but always fine and equipped with a high drinking flow. Very good!
