Champagne Bouché Père et Fils is a family-owned winery. In 1920, Abel Bouché began producing his first Chapmagner, from just one hectare of vines. A few generations later, today it is 30 hectares and the champagne is sold all over the world. Bouché is still a handicraft family business that conjures up outstanding quality at a reasonable price.

The winery is located in Pierry, south of Epernay in the Champagne sub-region Vallée de la Marne. The Champagne Cuvée Réservée Brut consists of the three most common grape varieties in Champagne, 40% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir and 30% Pinot Meunier. Ten percent of the harvest is matured in wooden barrels, the storage time in the bottle is four years. 75% of the grapes come from 1er and Grand Cru sites, with access to some very old vines that have been there for more than 60 years.

With Bouché, a high proportion of aged reserve wines of 30% is added to obtain a pleasantly nutty taste. In addition to this, this champagne also reminds of brioche, citrus fruits and a touch of chocolate. On the palate it convinces with its full body and the fine and persistent foam. Serve this excellent champagne as an aperitif or with fish, crustaceans or poultry.
