The Cava Brut Reserva by Mont Marcal consists of the varieties Macabeo, Xarel.lo, Chardonnay and Parellada. The varieties are harvested and and fermented seperately. After the final assembly, the second fermentation takes place in the bottle, where the Brut Reserva is stored for at least 15 months on the yeast.
This refreshing sparkling wine has fine bubbles and is also best suited as a food companion, especially seafood, fish and rice dishes. In the bouquet it has a tender yeast scent like brioche, ripe apples, bananas and pineapples. It is vibrant, fresh and elegant, balanced and beautifully creamy in the long-lasting final.
