The Cuvée Caroline, named after the daughter and today's owner of the estate, is a relatively new creation in the portfolio of Château la Coustarelle. The wine is produced from 100% Malbec grapes, the most important variety in the Cahors area, and aged in barriques. The cuvée Caroline shows an intensive blackberry fragance with a little amarena cherry. In the taste it is time powerful and relatively supple at the same time, a modern interpretation of red wine from the south-west of France. Like!
