By.Ott is a beautiful Côtes de Provence Rosé that serves the segment under the Domaines Ott "Crus". It is produced in Château de Selle, just under 50 kilometers north of Saint-Tropez, using the typical grape varieties of the area such as Grenache Noir and Cincault, and some Syrah and Mourvèdre are also in the blend for this enchanting Provence rosé. It is aged in steel tanks.
The By.Ott Rosé has a bright salmon colour. The scent is reminiscent of red berries, white peach and apricot, as well as exotic fruits such as passion fruit and ripe mango. On the palate it convinces with a full taste, extract and substance are present here, and the wine does not forget the fresh elements, which makes it very invigorating.
The Domaines Ott designate the By. Ott as a "friendly and elegant wine". We think that sums it up very well.
Try it as an aperitif, with crustaceans, fried or grilled fish or with summer salads, preferably with fruit components.
