The combination of the fullbodies and flowery Viognier and the fresh and elegant Sauvignon Blanc is particularly well done, as it combines the advantages of both varieties. The result is an exotic white wine of medium weight, which has aromas of grapefruit, lime, apricot, white flowers and tropical fruits.
The wines of the Vignobles Paul Mas range are produced from vineyards of the Nicole estate near Pézenas and the Château Paul Mas in Conas. Michel Mas is responsible for the vinification and is supported by the Australian oenologist Richard Osborne, who mainly cares about the white wines.
