A modern Alsatian Pinot red wine with substance and softness, from master winemaker Julien Schaal. This has nothing to do with the thin rust-red wines that were often found in Alsace 20 years ago. This is how good Pinot Noir works with a typical Alsatian character, soft, fruity and with a nice substance, and a very fair price.
