The Muscadet de Sevre et Maine by Langlois-Chateau comes from the Domaine de Grand Maison in the municipality of Saint-Fiacre. 10 hectares are planted there with the Muscadet variety Melon de Bourgogne, the vines have an age of 15 to 30 years. Until the spring after the harvest, it is aged with the yeasts to give the wine additional depth and abundance. This creates a high-class Muscadet, which is ideally suited as a companion for fish dishes or oysters.
