A Spätlese with 119g residual sugar is already a pound, actually we are easily in the Auslese range here. This means that the 2021 vintage is even higher in quality than its predecessors, and the acidity is also more intense, which ensures the balance is at a high level. Sämling 88 (=Scheurebe) reliably delivers great sweet wines in the Seewinkel, the 2021 Tschida has aromas of ripe pears, bananas and baked apples, is rich and exotic on the palate, but also has a cool freshness, who really has class. A lot of wine for the money!
