The grapes for the Chanson Bourgogne Pinot Noir come from limestone and clay soils in vineyards in the southern part of the Côte de Beaune and the Côte Chalonnaise.
The Chanson Bourgogne rouge shows aromas of cherries and raspberries, has a beautiful body and shows an amazing complexity and elegance in the finish. A great everyday Burgundy, which is of course especially true in the once again good year of 2023.
The Bourgogne rouge from Chanson has a bright ruby red color. Its scent is reminiscent of peony, red berries and spices. The palate is open and has a very nice aromatic and clear expression, Pinot Noir at its finest. In the finish it has a noticeable energy with a smooth texture and perfectly integrated tannins.
