Chanson produces one of the few white Savigny-les-Beaune from its own vineyards in the 1er Cru Hauts-Marconnets. The wine is rich in substance, so that it can withstand 15 months of storage in small oak barrels.
In 2020, a powerful and full-bodied Savigny Hauts Marconnets blanc was born. It has a wonderful freshness and elegance, the fruit is reminiscent of ripe citrus fruits, floral and spicy aromas, paired with the vanilla of the wooden barrel aging. On the palate it is emphatically full-bodied and creamy, with a complex and juicy aftertaste. Has real class!
