The 1er Cru location Montmains is one of the best 1er Crus in Chablis. The Chablis Montmains from Chanson Père et Fils has a light golden yellow color. From storage in wooden barrels, it has a delicate vanilla note, plus white fruits and lemon peel. Firm and grippy on the palate, but at the same time with juicy fruit. Invigorating vitality in the long finale. The excellent 2022 vintage with its ripe fruit has a supple character with good depth. Everything, of course, in the Chablis style, which is always rather cool and taut.
