The Vignes de Nicole Cabernet-Merlot vines grow in clay and limestone soils near the town of Montagnac in the Languedoc. The wine spends seven months in small oak barrels before being bottled. The 2021 Nicole Cabernet-Merlot from Paul Mas has a dark ruby red color with a violet edge. Its aromas are reminiscent of plums and blackcurrants, and you can also discover vanilla and a delicate cocoa tone. The taste is full-bodied but dry, the tannins are extremely soft and beautifully integrated into the extract-rich body, the fruit notes are reflected in the long-lasting finish.
