The Estate Shiraz (= Syrah) by Bon Courage is cold and fermented with the whole berries and then aged in barques, which were used for the second and third time. Thus, an intensely fruit-intensive Shiraz, that has aromas of red berries, plums, pepper and vanilla. On the palate, it shows a nice softness and a lot of volume, in the long finale, the spicy aromas of the fragrance can be found again. A beautiful red, that goes well with strong meat dishes (for example, from the grill) and intensive stews.
