Langlois-Chateau has a cooperation with three winegrowers in Pouilly-Fumé, who cultivate Sauvignon Blanc grapes on the limestone soils "Caillotes". The wines are fermented and bottled at Langlois-Chateau. The Pouilly-Fumé is a ripe white wine with notes of citrus fruits, almonds and flintstone. Middleweight, fresh and long lasting in the aftertaste. Serve it with fish and seafood, goat's cheese or as an aperitif.
