Chanson has significantly upgraded the Montagny 1er Cru, not least on the initiative of the new director, who once again
brought about an increase in quality. The Montagny Premier Cru is now aged in barriques and has gained significantly in depth and complexity.
The Montagny Chanson from the excellent 2022 vintage has a light yellow color with greenish reflections. In the fragrance you can perceive floral notes with clear aromas of white fruits, there are also fine citrus notes and a subtle barrique note. On the palate it impresses with its clarity, balance and complexity. The wine has a very good length and a mineral note that gives it tension. Very well done.
