Mercurey is located in the Côte Chalonnaise, south of the Côte de Beaune. The Pinot Noir vines for this wine grow on loam and limestone soils, on south-eastern slopes. The Mercurey rouge by Chanson captivates with its fine oaky notes and a stunning raspberry fragrance, has a great length and perfect harmony. One can enjoy it relatively young, but also store it for a few years, in which it will further refine.
