The Pinot Noir grapes for the Gevrey-Chambertin are growing near the 1er Cru vineyards and are harvested by the team of Chanson to obtain the best quality. The fantastic 2019 vintage spent 15 months in small oak barrels to take up flavor and smooth the tannins. A very good Gevrey-Chambertin, which the revue du Vin de France described as a "great success", it shows the talent of the winemaker of Chanson.
