The Bourgogne Chardonnay AOP from Chanson Père & Fils is a lively, fresh, fruity and also elegant white burgundy that has been matured without contact with wood. It comes from vineyards on the Côte Chalonnaise and the Côte de Beaune, and the must of young vines from Chanson's own vineyards also flows in here.
In the Bourgogne Chardonnay by Chanson you will find fine aromas of white fruits and almonds, underscored by an elegant mineral note. It is lively on the palate, but well balanced, the body is medium-weight, fresh and has a nice length and fullness. A very nice Bourgogne AOP blanc, tastes great when young, but can also be stored in the bottle for a few years.
