Chateau Fontebride is the second wine from the Sauternes Chateau Haut-Bergeron. The 17 hectare vineyard partially borders on Chateau d'Yquem, which documents the excellent location of the vines. The vines have a high average age (60 years) and there is a strict selection, there is even a third wine. The Fontebride usually consists of 85% of the Semillon grape, supplemented with 15% Sauvignon Blanc. Its character is close to the Grand Vin, only a little lighter (also in price). A very good Sauternes with storage potential.
