The Clos des Mouches is the most famous vineyard in Beaune. The plots of the Domaine Chanson were planted in 1945, 1961 and 1969. The wine draws its complexity and depth from this old vine stock, which ensures it a special position among the 1er Crus of the house.
2020 is a generous vintage with expressive wines that have a more classical structure despite the warm year. Therefore, the Clos de Mouches impresses with its power and its cool aroma, a finesse vintage with lots of extract, ideally tailored to the Pinot Noir.
