The Bon Courage Estate Pinotage, by the way a South African grape crossing of Cinsault and Pinot Noir, gets a cold maceration for two days before the fermentation starts. Then it is aged in used barriques between 12 and 15 months, depending on the vintage. Quite typical of Pinotage, you will find a fine banana note, as well as mulberries, vanilla and plums. In the taste he is very charming and pleases with its fruity and soft style, the tannins are round and support the wine in the long finish. An individual wine and yet made for the taste of the masses.
