Pleasingly, Champagne Bollinger is also launching a Grande Année in 2015. This vintage is once again characterized by warm weather and high ripeness, which results in a full-bodied champagne that, despite all its density and finesse, also brings a lot of charm.
The assemblage of the 2015 Grande Année consists of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay, 95% was from Grand Cru and 5% from 1er Cru locations. Just 6 grams of dosage was enough for this fully ripe vintage! Due to its aromatic intensity, the Grande Année is a perfect accompaniment to entire menus.
