Made from ungrafted ancient Pinot Noir vines of two small parcels, the Bollinger Vieilles Vignes Francaises is one of the rares Champagne wine. The incredible depth and length of this extremely rare champagne makes it possible to avoid the addition of dosage. in 2006 there were less than 4000 bottles produced.
