The Cuvée T from the Tramin Winery is a modern rosé concept. A fresh and honestly dry (less than 2.0 g/l residual sugar) rosé wine made from grape varieties from the region, here in particular Burgundy varieties and Merlot. It gets its body from the lower planted vines, the finesse and freshness from the higher altitudes. The level of this rosé wine ranges from approx. 200 to 500m above sea level.
The red grape varieties for this wine from the Cantina Tramin are only briefly left with the mash after pressing and, after the must and mash have been separated, fermented in steel tanks at 20-22° Celsius. It then also matures in the tank until it is ready for bottling.
The result is a fruity type of rosé with subtle notes of strawberries and raspberries. On the palate, the T-Cuvée from Tramin is lively and pleasantly fresh, it has a lot of aroma, which is why it can also be served very cool and still tastes like something. A beguiling spring and summer rosé, ideal with fish dishes, salads, vegetables and much more.
