The Skythos red wine from Ansitz Dolomytos consists of Pinot Noir and various other grape varieties, mostly of Greek origin. According to the development style of the founder Prof. Zierock, it matures for 22 months in cigar-shaped 150L wooden barrels. Cocoa, cherry and cedar wood can be found in its scent, it is spicy and grippy on the palate, the fruit is characterized by alpine elegance and coolness.
