Of course, the Sauvignon Blanc goes well with the cool, chalky soil in Bissersheim. This is where the Wageck winery produces a wine with cool climate aromas, lots of finesse and exoticism, fresh and intense. Relatively light in alcohol and very typical of the variety. Citrus notes and a hint of laurel can be found in the aromas of the Wageck Sauvignon, as well as floral notes and cool mineral notes. Because of the warm and ripe 2022 vintage, this wine has more body than its predecessor.
