Natural wine from the Jura with a rather low alcohol content, a truly unique style. The wine is still dewy fresh (Jan. 2024), has a typical natural wine nose, is not oxidative and has a very delicate carbonic acid, really hardly noticeable. On the palate it is surprisingly powerful for the low alcohol content. Well done, stylistically but clearly something for fans of natural wine aromas. It's not everbody's darling and he doesn't want to be either.
