Pinot Noir from Alsace is one of the softest red wines in France. The wines from this red Burgundy variety are not too dark and in Alsace are usually fruitier and less tannic than those from Burgundy. Exceptions prove the rule here. In any case, the Wolfberger Pinot Noir is no exception, but a very typical Pinot Noir of the traditional Alsatian style.

The Wolfberger Pinot Noir Signature smells of red fruits, such as strawberries and raspberries, as well as cherries. On the palate it is dry but fruity, the tannins are soft, the taste is balanced and smooth. A very charming red wine that cuts a fine figure with a snack with sausage and mild cheeses, poultry, game or vegetable dishes.
