A typical classic representative of an Alsatian Pinot Gris or Grauburgunder. Due to the high ripeness of the grapes, the wine is intense, full-bodied and has a certain residual sweetness, which places it in the medium-dry range in terms of taste. The long yeast storage gives the wine structure.
The Wolfberger Pinot Gris Signature has a rather intense golden yellow colour. The juicy scent is reminiscent of a flower meadow, nuts and also a light roasted note. This wine fills your mouth, is rich and juicy, actually lush and it has a long-lasting finish with delicate fruity sweetness.
This character makes it the ideal partner for traditional Alsatian cuisine, sauerkraut dishes, game and poultry, as well as intensive types of cheese are particularly suitable here. You can of course just enjoy it.
