Feudi Arancio also has the popular Pinot Grigio grape variety, which produces a fresh and soft white wine in Sicily that many people like. The Stemmari Pinot Grigio grows in the Ragusa region. In this very warm region, the grapes for this wine are usually harvested in mid-August in order to maintain their invigorating freshness and not let the alcohol content get out of hand.
This wine should be enjoyed young, when its color is still a light straw yellow and the fruit aromas such as peach and pear are still in full juice. On the palate, the Stemmari Pinot Grigio has the typical fullness of flavor of this grape variety, but always remains invigorating and without heaviness. A very tasty, inexpensive and mass-compatible white wine from Sicily.
