The Pinot Grigio "Classic" from the St. Michael-Eppan winery is a Pinot Grigio characterized by alpine elegance with charm and freshness. Its aromas are reminiscent of white fruits such as ripe apples and pears, the palate is soft and at the same time fresh and subtle. An all-rounder at the table and a very good soloist.
St. Michael-Eppan is one of the leading wineries in South Tyrol. The list of praises is very long. For over 30 years, Gambero Rosso has had at least one 3-glass of wine every year! The magazine Falstaff gives the winery the highest rating of 5/5, as does Gault & Millau.
