At Feudi Bizantini nothing is left to chance, the vine clones were carefully selected for the existing soil and the microclimate in order to achieve the best wine quality. With all tradition, however, a modern style is also valued, the wine should taste good for many people, and that succeeds without question. High ratings from Luca Maroni and gold medals at the MUNDUS VINI competition testify to the success of this mission. Feudi Bizantini is today one of the leading wineries in the Abruzzo region.

The red Passofino consists of the Abruzzo grape variety par excellence, the Montepulciano d'Abruzzo. A quality vine that produces remarkably complex wines in the right location. The grapes for this intensely fruity red wine are very ripe and are pressed with only gentle pressure so that no bitter substances from the grape seeds get into the wine. The Passofino is aged in stainless steel tanks, without the aroma of wooden barrels, to bring the grape to the fore.

The Feudi Bizantini Passofino Montepulciano has a ruby red color with garnet shimmers. The scent is intense and reminiscent of black cherries, blackberries and raspberries. On the palate it is full, supple and very juicy. One can hardly resist him. An excellent accompaniment to all meat dishes, to pizza and pasta and mature cheese. All in all, a very versatile wine that perfectly reflects the grape variety and origin.
